This is an informal book club/friendly discussion group/possible vocabulary based trivia game with no rules or point(s). Some books that might be read include Patricia Highsmith's Ripliad, Judith Jesch's Women in the Viking Age, Donna Tartt's The Secret History, and Robert Cormier's The Chocolate War and/or Beyond the Chocolate War.

Each month, we will read and discuss and/or write about a great classic written by various American or European authors. Some of these books we may have read as children or teens, others may be new to us, but all have had a significant impact on readers around the globe and are worth a read, or even a second read.
